Accepting New Clients. Understanding ourselves requires courage. Each of us have shame, pain, and broken relationships. At times it can feel overwhelming to face these places in our lives alone. Counseling offers a safe, confidential, and relational space for you to come and understand what has/is happening in your life. My hope is that you may understand yourself better and come to trust yourself. As you care for yourself, you will find that forging safer, healthier, and more satisfying relationships with others is possible. I am a trained relational psychotherapist; I work with adolescents and adults in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
