Many of the women I work with are in their mid 20's, 30's and 40's and have experienced childhood wounds and relational trauma. They feel anxious and lost in relationships that don't feel fulfilling. Whether its romantic relationships, career and social relationships, or family of origin relationships, they feel like they are doing so much, giving so much but still feeling like none of it is enough. I'm passionate about helping women heal from these wounds and feel less anxious. I walk alongside them as they discover their emotions, needs and values so that they can move through life feeling proud of themselves. View 4 Photos In therapy with me, I guide women toward gaining greater awareness into who they are, their triggers, and patterns that keep them stuck. They find healing through learning self compassion and through a reparenting process. They learn to self regulate through awareness of self, mindfulness, and self soothing strategies.
