I’m Remington Vandergriff, LCSW, BCD, CCTP, a medically retired U.S. Army Major, owner of Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance, a virtual-only practice serving clients across ID. With 12+ years of experience, I specialize in men’s mental health, Veteran issues, & LCSW supervision. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices. I do not provide couples or family therapy. That said, I believe that true healing comes from a strong therapeutic alliance, not just the treatment model or credentials. My clients often describe feeling at ease, heard, and genuinely understood, which forms the foundation for meaningful change.
