Finding a therapist can be a challenging process, and finding one you connect with can be especially tricky. You may find yourself here because you are experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, or are going through a difficult career or life transition. I am here to listen if you are feeling stuck, alone, or believe that you are not where you’re “supposed to be” in life. My goal is to create and hold a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you to be your most authentic self, and where you can express your difficult and uncomfortable emotions.
