Welcome! I believe that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative, meaning the therapist and client work together. It is my role as therapist to assist you on your journey (assist; not tell you what to do, or judge your choices) with navigating life’s challenges. I will work with you to set goals, identify symptoms and patterns, and explore the ways in which thoughts directly affect feelings and behaviors. I have extensive experience providing individual therapy to teens, young adults, and adults from various backgrounds. It is important to me to understand my clients, and find unique ways to assist each person.
