I specialize in working to address pervasive issues like depression, anxiety, and the lingering effects of trauma experiences, helping you reclaim a sense of control and peace. I help all members of a family or a couple communicate more effectively, heal old wounds, strengthen their bonds, and guide young people through complex issues like self-esteem, school stress, and navigating tough peer relationships.
