I work with adults at all stages of life who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, impacted by past experiences, or disconnected from their needs, bodies, or sense of agency. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and exploratory. I value the therapeutic relationship and aim to engage with people directly, with curiosity and respect. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work to increase insight, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of how your experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others.
