As a therapist, I strive to provide a compassionate, friendly, and non-judgmental approach to therapy to establish an environment where clients feel safe to work through sensitive and difficult problems. I view the counseling process as a team effort where the counselor and client learn to trust one another, define and explore problem areas, identify future goals for an improved life, and develop a plan to achieve those goals.
