There are a great number of hurdles and challenges facing people dealing with psychological disorders. There is also a social stigma when referring to mental health and mental health diagnoses. Having worked in many different types of mental health environments I have interacted with people who have bipolar disorder to disassociate disorder. I create a safe and effective environment for communicating and working through the many challenges faced by individuals. I strive to make a difference in people’s lives by focusing on the individual and the individual’s needs.
