I believe that when individuals are ready to receive help, they will benefit greatly. Those I serve have sought assistance because they seek to move beyond their struggle, not because they had been asked to do so. This is not to say that those who have been encouraged haven't benefited as well. The approaches used allow me to serve those who are experiencing stress, anxiety or trauma. I also assist those who are ready to find their life's purpose but feel that they need the extra support in meeting this goal.
