Together, we'll explore what maybe blocking you, so you can live a life that feels good and right for you. I help adults experiencing depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and/or grief to gain clarity, heal and grow. My work includes helping clients navigate relationships with emotionally immature parents/adults and develop sustainable self-care practices.
