My practice is primarily dedicated to working with adults 50+ who are dealing with a wide range of issues such as transitions, retirement, relationships, health challenges, family issues and loss. My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I work with my clients to help them address the inevitable challenges life brings our way and to help them find the path to recovery, renewal and resilience to empower them to move forward. I strive to understand each client's very personal story and to support them on their unique journey.
