Hola! My name is Rene Melara, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth sessions for teens and adults throughout California. I have years of experience working with clients with a wide variety of experiences, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and more. I draw from different therapeutic modalities based on the desired goals of clients, but Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is what resonates with me the most. First and foremost, my priority is collaborating with clients to build trust and rapport so that we have a strong foundation to do the work.
