Hi, I’m Rene — and if you’ve made it here, I’m glad you did. I specialize in substance use, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I love working with women who are navigating some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Clients often tell me I’m down-to-earth, real, and easy to talk to. My goal isn’t to judge you — it’s to walk with you as you find hope, healing, and solid ground again. I work from a place of compassion, honesty, and humor, because sometimes the best healing comes from feeling safe enough to be fully yourself, even in the messy moments.
