I special in somatic therapy, an approach that helps clients understand the cues the body provides to connect with emotions, and guide decisions that empower you. I am an eclectic blend of professional and down to earth. My ideal client is someone who is willing to be patient with themselves and the process, explore creative approaches, and dedicated to understanding themselves in a nonjudgmental way.
