My foundation is in working with those with mood disorders, trauma, emotional regulation issues, substance use disorders, couples, individuals, and college students. Along with those dealing with grief, co-dependency and parenting needs. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and completed my graduate work at Walden University and my undergraduate work at Hampton University. I am dedicated to working with you, to address the whole you, holistically, without judgement.
