I work with families, couples and individuals wanting to improve their lives and relationships through better communication, deeper insight and creative problem solving. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, supportive environment that allows individuals to cope with the stressful situations of live, to resolve difficult relational issues and to work toward personal growth and inner peace. I believe that spirituality and culture are important dimensions of people's lives and need to be respected in the context of therapy.
