I’m glad you’re here. I support adults ages 18 and up who are navigating challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, stress, or major life changes. I know everyone comes to therapy for their own reasons, so I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll move toward finding balance, building resilience, and improving your overall well-being. I use a variety of evidenced based therapeutic techniques to build coping skills while also providing a safe space to acknowledge and process past and current experiences. Additionally, I have experience working in a public education setting and understand the challenges that it can bring professionally and personally.
