I believe therapy is a unique and valuable process that can help you visualize positive life change and bring it to reality. I provide a collaborative, client centered support system to assist you in identifying strengths and developing insight needed to improve relationships, quality of life, and coping strategies. I specialize in treatment of mood disorders and strengthening interpersonal relationships. I have additional training in marriage and family therapy, sports and exercise psychology, and addiction treatment that I incorporate when needed.
