An important part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist. I strive to cultivate a nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment. I provide a compassionate, yet direct approach to therapy which helps my clients feel supported on their journey. I have been working with women, children, and families for over 14 years. I work with clients to treat depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
