However, negative life events, trauma, relationships and we, ourselves often get in the way of our happiness, peace and reaching our goals. I have been able to help people "get their lives back." I assist teens and adults with trauma, anxiety, addiction, relational issues, problems with family communication, and more. I want to offer hope, assistance, and empowerment as a result of working together to achieve these goals (EMDR therapist).
