From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a helper! After a career in teaching, I realized my passion for emotional healing and earned a Master’s in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. Now a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified School Counselor, I am eager to help individuals feel heard, understood, and supported as they learn about themselves and the world around them. I believe people have the power to heal when given a safe space and a trusting relationship. My approach is person-centered, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.
