I specialize in 3 areas: relationships, addiction recovery & wellness. Using a holistic approach, I work with clients to identify underlying issues and concerns that keep clients from making sustainable change, while creating an environment where clients feel valued and safe. I use the Enneagram of personality typology with clients so they can identify their mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns and raise self-awareness. Clients are introduced to Enneagram type based practices they can use on their own to sustain desired change.
