I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who likes to assist clients in looking at their life choices past, present and future. By looking at the unsuccessful patterns, we may devise new successful behavioral models. By changing how you think of a situation, you will change how you behave in that situation. I am direct and I like to educate my clients and often utilize current books as an extra resource.
