With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have specialized exposure in problem areas to include intimate relationships, self-esteem, depression, addiction, anxiety, grief and loss, death and dying and unresolved trauma. I have an office in Warner Robins, GA for those who prefer in-person sessions but I can work with anyone in the state of Georgia, Florida, Maine and Vermont virtually. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and adults, military/veterans and their families. I am a Christian therapist and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. However, I meet my clients where they are in their journey. My therapeutic techniques are faith-based yet grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based, Mindfulness-based, Strengths-based and Emotionally Focus-based while focusing on the whole person to include spiritual, physical, social and emotional health.
