Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for children, teens, and young adults navigating big emotions, stress, or life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being themselves and expressing what they’re going through. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults (up to age 25) to build coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and support healthy growth. Therapy is a place to feel understood, gain confidence, and develop tools that help both now and in the future.
