I maintain a clinical practice in assessment and in psychotherapy and work with children, adolescents, and adults. My theoretical orientation is eclectic and incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness philosophies into my therapeutic interventions. Additionally, my theoretical approach to therapy is grounded in a biopsychosocial model so to inform and empower individuals in a growth mindset to develop tools and techniques to better manage the internal and external challenges they may be facing.
