I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 year and currently work with older teens and adults of all ages. I have extensive experience treating mental health as well as substance abuse disorders. I received my Masters of Social Work at the University of Maine. I am very proud to be a clinical social worker and look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for positive change. We work as a team to create goals and build an empowering, safe environment for you to explore and reach those goals.
