“Miss Renee” is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Certified Autism Specialist. Renee providing healing to children, teens, and families through the therapeutic power of play. Her post masters training includes: Child-centered Play Therapy (UNT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (UNT), AutPlay (Certified Provider), Sandplay, and Family Play Therapy. She serves as the Director for the Richmont Center for Play Therapy Education at Richmont Graduate University, an Association of Play Therapy Approved Center and is adjunct faculty in the School of Counseling. Renee’s clinical experience includes work with victims, families, and survivors of Child Sexual Abuse at the Children’s Center for Hope and Healing, Resident Play Therapist at Richmont Trauma Center, and is the owner Clinical Director of Happy Camper Play Therapy, LLC in Marietta. Renee directs a local grant program that provides CCPT to low-income children.
