I’ve spent most of my career working with individuals with disabilities in New York State facilities and psychiatric settings. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to receive training in both individual and group therapy in inpatient and outpatient environments. It’s been a privilege to support people through some of life’s toughest moments. My areas of focus include anxiety and depression, relationship and marriage concerns, and women’s issues. I’m especially passionate about helping people navigate major life transitions and find more peace and clarity in their everyday lives. My approach is grounded in CBT, Imago Relationship
