I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals heal from trauma, addiction, anxiety, and long-standing patterns that interfere with emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate trauma-informed therapy, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, and somatic/Polyvagal methods to help clients understand their internal world, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to be anything other than yourself. My style is authentic, down-to-earth, and conversational. I’m not here to judge, lecture, or overwhelm you—I’m here to understand your story, your struggles, and what you want your life to feel like moving forward.
