I provide therapy as a space for people to become more genuinely themselves. Through a process of curiosity and discovery, I help individuals and couples address sources of anxiety and stress and compulsive or unwanted behaviors. I provide support during crises and life changes, and facilitate progress toward long-term awareness, transformation, choice and growth. For couples, I provide a balanced space to work toward clarity, mutual recognition, empathy, and improved relatedness.
