I am excited to work with a variety of different people, but have the most experience with teens, young adults, adults, and a spectrum of athletes at various levels and points in their careers, who are dealing with an array of challenges in their lives. The presenting concerns that I work with often include depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship problems, body image concerns, anger, and sport performance. I have had the privilege of spending time with individuals from diverse populations to support them in different phases of their life.
