I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LPC. My approach to therapy focuses on solutions, thought processes, and being trauma-informed. I follow the lead of my clients and make sure that we are creating smart attainable goals that my clients want to accomplish. My therapy approach uses CBT, Solutions Focused, and Trauma Informed therapy techniques. That means that I focus on your thought processes while helping you find applicable solutions to your problems. I do this in a way to make sure that I do not cause any additional mental health strain.
