I approach therapy primarily from an integrative perspective with a focus on my clients and helping them with their problems and goals. I use our dialogue, and research-based exercises, to address problems and explore individual experiences. It is very important to me to build trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship so we can set goals and see results. I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to share any and all experiences throughout their life on a path of self discovery, acceptance, and results. I am open to working with all ages, couples, in person or virtual clients. I also offer psych testing for ADHD etc.
