I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California. I have over 15 years of experience in counseling families, children, teenagers, and individuals. My expertise encompasses a variety of mental health and developmental challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, developmental disabilities, addiction, ADHD, and oppositional defiant behaviors. I am passionate about helping others and firmly believe that everyone has the desire to succeed, even when faced with life's obstacles. I have seen this over and over again in my personal life.
