Life can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate at times. The pressures of life can leave one feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, exhausted, stuck, depressed, and discouraged. Taking steps toward stabilizing you or your child's mental health is very important, because you and your child are very important and matter! My primary areas of expertise focus on a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, communication problems, behavior problems, & relationship problems. I also am a Registered Play Therapist and work with children (4 & up) & adolescents. Offering Telehealth & in-office sessions, I offer a supportive, encouraging, and empathetic atmosphere where you or your child may feel comfortable and safe to explore personal strengths, process thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and move toward a renewed sense of personal empowerment and growth to handle life's challenges and promote enjoyment in life.
