We must radically accept our selves with compassion and honor. Self honor is the beginning of personal freedom. Radical self acceptance is the antecedent. I promote and empower positivity in your daily reality. Many of us struggle with societal and internal pressures and judgements. Because we judge ourselves in our minds, we find ourselves trapped often in them,limiting our potential and dishonoring our truths. I want to partner with you by helping you get out of your mind and past ways and get into your life, living in the present possibilities. My ideal client(s) are people who are willing to learn and grow within. I have no biases with religion, size, race, sexuality age and gender. It is my practice to be judgement free and accepting.
