My goal is to create a safe space where all parts of you feel welcome – even parts that may have created problems in the past. Over time, we will work to better understand what has kept you stuck in old patterns of thinking and behavior. With this awareness comes choice. My ultimate goal is to help you live authentically and in alignment with your values and life goals. In addition to working with individuals, I work with couples that are feeling stuck in their communication and/or intimacy.
