The majority of my experience has been supporting children healing from trauma. I have also worked with children and adults on reducing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, and other challenges they may be facing. I value empowering caregivers with information and skills to best support their child. I prefer to see children in-person. I am able to meet with adults in-person or virtually.
