Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! I recognize that beginning therapy and sharing your story with someone new can feel overwhelming. If you are here seeking support for yourself and/or your child, you have already taken a courageous first step. My approach is client-centered and flexible, tailored to best meet your needs. I strive to provide a warm and safe space that you want to return to each week. I pull from various evidence-based modalities and incorporate holistic practices when appropriate. I believe that oftentimes the most effective treatment engages the mind as well as the body, as trauma is so often stored within. I specialize in working with those impacted by trauma. I work with children 4-18, adults, and older adults. My specialties include domestic violence, sexual abuse, neglect, physical abuse, emotional abuse, community violence, and foster care / child welfare. I hope to help you tap into your natural resiliency to support healing and renewed strength.
