Mental health, trauma, and substance abuse struggles are often complex and multi-layered, treatment should reflect this. Resolve is a specialized therapy group whose focus is to provide comprehensive and individualized therapy for co-occurring or "dual diagnosis" issues such as mental health, trauma, and/or substance abuse. We pride ourselves in focusing on more than simply stabilizing symptoms but addressing the root causes. Whether you are struggling with stuck negative beliefs, depression, anxiety, trauma, or any sort of addictive patterns, we are able to help. Often these issues overlap, and that is where we excel. All the clinicians at Resolve are trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and trauma models. This allows one clinician to be able to address multiple issues as well as help resolve those issues at a deep level. While therapy can be a long term process, our goal is for it to be complete. This means when therapy is finished, regression is greatly minimized.
