Find your resonance. You may be struggling with depression, stress, relationships, or going through a difficult time. You might need to participate in therapy, gain a new perspective on things, or just have someone objective to talk to. I accept each person as an individual and I work with you to find methods that will best benefit your needs. My goal is to help you develop the skills to get through life's difficulties and lead a happier life! I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, some Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as drawing from other therapies as needed.
