Restoration Trauma Counseling provides trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy for those affected by a traumatic event that has had a mental, physical and or spiritual impact. I desire to individuals in brief trauma focused psycho educational therapy to address the effects of trauma and dual diagnosis symptoms such as depression or anxiety. I believe that processing a traumatic event in a supportive therapeutic relationship and fostering skills to cope with trauma-based symptoms can bring restoration to one’s life and experience overtime. I am committed to a doctoral education in trauma and have 8 years of clinical practice
