My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by the weight they’ve been carrying—emotionally, relationally, or simply by the demands of everyday life. They may be navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, relationship struggles, or the ongoing stress that comes from always being the strong one for everyone else. Many of my clients are parents, partners, caregivers, or people who show up for others long before they ever show up for themselves. They want a therapist who is real, grounded, and genuinely on their side—not someone who talks at them, but someone who sits with them, listens deeply, and helps them feel safe again.
