Hi, my name is Arthur, and as a therapist, my ideal clients are having issues coping with stress, trauma, cognitive dissonance, communication/ relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. Their goals may be to overcome a negative self-image and low self-esteem. They would want to find motivation and self-discipline to change negative or undesirable behaviors. I specialize in trauma, behavioral alteration, increasing motivation, and self-discipline and I believe that I offer a safe space for my clients to freely express themselves and their concerns in a nonjudgemental environment focused on self-discovery.
