I have spent over 18 years in the mental health field as a child/family therapist, a school social worker, created a women's support group, a supervisor of an alternative school, a district director of SEL, and worked with victims of DV. I learned how to foster positive behaviors and worked to positively change thoughts that create behaviors. At Restore Hope, we will work to reduce problematic symptoms and help you with strategies to cope with the ups and downs of life.
