We are here to help restore the peace in your life. We believe in placing energy on acceptance and change in order to evolve. This practice encompasses a wide array of techniques and strategies to work with individuals and families towards a healing goal. We have found in therapy that meeting the client where they are has been a successful starting point in healing. We treat adolescents, adults, families and couples with issues such as depression and anxiety, substance abuse, conduct and adjustment disorders as well as anger. We have been trained in Cognitive Behavior, Motivational, Reality, Trauma & Dialectical Behavior Therapies.
