I believe that life is a journey that causes us to have many experiences . Some joyful, some challenging, some very painful and disappointing. It is during these times that we need someone walk with us as we process these experiences. I would love opportunity to walk with you as we gain new perspectives and understandings from these events in life. I use a strength based, holistic and collaborative approach. I place priority upon developing and fostering positive therapeutic relationships with each client. Together we will explore where you've been, where you are now and where you would like to go. For 30 years, I've assisted couples and individuals in strengthening their communication skills, resolve conflicts, address infidelity and reduce stress. I have also worked with men for the past 30 years with parenting, addressing men’s issues and relationship development. I also enjoy integrating Biblical principles in sessions for those who desire it.
