I provide hybrid clinical therapy and telehealth services to individual and families seeking mental health support in a safe clinical environment. I believe that everyone needs support throughout their life span in order to be best version of themselves. The greatest challenge to seeking support is dealing with the stigma of how therapeutic counseling is perceived. It is my focus to create an, inviting, safe and caring environment for each of my clients to unburden, to address their stress/trauma and begin the healing process.
